Advance Guarding provide a complete Key-holding & Alarm Response Service to ensure that our customer’s employees are not called to site unnecessarily in the middle of the night.
By safeguarding a set of your keys, we are on-call for any emergency response services that you require, 24 hours a day. Keys are stored, unmarked, at our Control Room or mobile unit, in accordance with regulatory standards.
Throughout the dark hours and at weekends, Advance Guarding Mobile Officers are awake and alert, ready to respond to any alarm activation or call out at your premises. Don’t put yourself or your staff in danger in the middle of the night. By employing Advance Guarding to be your key holder, one of our trained Security Guards will deal with any situation from a simple reset of the alarm system, to a potentially dangerous occurrence.
Let our fully trained and SIA Licensed security officers respond to any emergency or non-emergency incident and take on the responsibility as your first line of defence against any potential threat to your premises, property and staff.
On receiving a call from the monitoring station we despatch a security officer to inspect the premises and once there, carry out an external patrol to ensure there are no signs of a break-in. If there is, we will call the police, enter the premises and investigate.
As part of our key holding service, we liaise with your emergency repair company or coordinate our own teams to re-secure the premises, including repairing or replacing locks, to minimise disruption to your business.
If there are no signs of a break-in we enter the building and identify what has triggered the alarm, liaising with your alarm engineer for any re-set codes, staying at the premises until the alarm has been set and the building armed and locked.
